Data collected
This is a showcase site. No data is collected without your knowledge. The only data processed is what you send us voluntarily:
- when you contact us by email (email address, name, message content);
- when you book a conversation or a diagnostic (professional contact details).
Purposes
Your data is used solely to respond to your requests, arrange a conversation and follow up on the resulting business relationship. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and/or the publisher's legitimate interest in responding to your requests and managing the business relationship.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted in line with applicable legal retention periods (generally 3 years from the last contact for prospect data).
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To handle your requests, we use technical providers (hosting, email, booking calendar) acting as processors and using your data only to provide their service.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for its proper operation may be set, with no consent required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to hello@supernature.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
