Terms of use and terms of sale

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These terms govern, on the one hand, the use of the site (terms of use) and, on the other, the services provided by Supernature (terms of sale).

1. Terms of use

Purpose

The terms of use define how the site may be accessed and used. By accessing the site, the user accepts these terms without reservation.

Access to the site

The site is freely accessible. Access costs (hardware, connection) are borne by the user. The publisher strives to keep the site available without guaranteeing it, and may suspend access for maintenance or updates.

Intellectual property

All content on the site is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited, in accordance with the legal notice.

2. Terms of sale

Scope

The terms of sale apply to the consulting, deployment and training services in artificial intelligence offered by the publisher. The precise terms of each engagement (scope, deliverables, fees, schedule) are defined in a dedicated proposal or quote, which prevails over these terms.

Orders

Any service is subject to a quote or contract signed by the client. Signature constitutes acceptance of the specific terms and of these terms of sale.

Pricing and invoicing

Fees are set on a personalized quote. Invoicing terms (deposit on order, interim milestones, balance at the end of the engagement) are specified in the quote or contract for each engagement. Prices are stated in euros; VAT, where applicable, is shown on the quote and invoice.

Payment terms

Payment is made by bank transfer, within the terms stated on the invoice (failing that, within 30 days of issue). In accordance with the law, any late payment incurs late-payment penalties and a fixed recovery fee.

Obligations of the parties

The publisher undertakes to perform the services diligently and to professional standards. The client undertakes to provide the information, access and resources needed for the proper performance of the engagement.

Confidentiality

Each party undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information exchanged during the engagement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any litigation. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
